massively resonate with this! Thank you for a gorgeous piece (it's good even if no-one said so)

I’m a cancer sun too, and I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately as well! There isn’t much of my writing that isn’t shared publicly, I’ve been considering getting a journal or something lol

aahh!! im also a cancer sun and it's the first time i realize this is how connected we could all be just by star signs and im new to substack so i haven't yet felt its claws on me too much (although i might undergo the process soon) but i, too, have been thinking such thoughts recently and im glad that you've come into a conclusion about how to go with it. my resolution has been the same. even way back there's always the push-and-pull of quitting socmed forever, but there's always been its significance for connecting with others long distance, so i only ever end up deactivating it when im tired. we're quite the opposite in that i always felt pressured because everyone seemed to be posting up-to-date about their lives, and i couldn't do it because i was too much of a perfectionist. but as i grew older, i realized i don't actually owe anyone my updates (perhaps, except my mother..), and that the receiving end will really just be grateful with whatever it is i'll be sharing.
